Media representatives got acquainted with vocational courses organized for the residents of our liberated territories
The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population organized a familiarization tour for media representatives with the vocational training process being conducted in the Aghdam for the residents of our liberated territories.
Mediatour was organized with the purpose of acquainting journalists with the active employment measures being implemented. It was reported that as part of these measures, efforts are being made to organize vocational training for the residents.
It was noted that the courses organized by the Agency's Karabakh Vocational Training Center cover a wide range of professions, including sewing.
The two-month courses consist of theoretical and practical training sessions. The practical part of the training is conducted by professional experts invited from Türkiye.
31 people have already been enrolled in the courses organized into three groups. Support is also provided for the employment of those who successfully complete the courses.
Media representatives have met with some of the individuals who have completed the courses and have been successfully employed, familiarizing themselves with their working conditions.
Unemployed or job-seeking individuals who have been relocated to the liberated territories or who are planned to be relocated this year can register for vocational courses by approaching DOST centers, employment branches, or by filling out the relevant form via the "Vocational Training in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur" section on the sosial.gov.az website.
