Social indicators for the 11 month-period
In January-November of this year, DOST centers served 850000 citizens.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been opened across the country. In these centers, 160 social services are provided through a "single windows" model, with modern, agile, and transparent mechanisms, in accordance with citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services is 98,4%.
