Social indicators for 9 months
In the first nine months of this year, 713,000 citizens received services at DOST centers.
Since May 2019, a total of 7 DOST centers had been opened across the country. These centers offer 160 social services through a "one window" model, utilizing modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms to ensure citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.3 percent.
