58,800 pensions, allowances and benefits were defined proactively through the electronic system during the months of January-April 2023.
Of them, 12.8 thousand pensions, 46 thousand allowances and benefits were assigned.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population electronicized the determination of pensions, and later allowances and benefits starting from the beginning of 2019.
These e-appointment systems allow citizens to automatically make appropriate appointments through the e-system without applying or submitting documents in case citizens have rights to social security.
