From January to June of this year, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided 58,400 rehabilitation tools to people with disabilities.
Among them were 1.2 thousand upper and lower limbs, 4.3 thousand wheelchairs (140 of which were motorized), 1.3 thousand hearing aids, 1.4 thousand armrests, and elbow trees. In addition, disabled individuals received 4,600 pairs of orthopaedic and prosthetic shoes, 49 corsets, and other items. Tools for rehabilitation were shown.
During the 6 months of this year, a total of 7,700 people with disabilities were provided with rehabilitation tools.
