In Penitentiary No. 14, the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population held another meeting within the framework of cooperation with the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
Information was provided at the meeting about the work carried out in the field of social rehabilitation and adaptation of persons in need of social services, as well as persons exempted from punishment.
Another 30 people were evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire three months before their release from conviction. Involvement of those persons in social rehabilitation and adaptation services is envisaged after release from conviction.
This year, 131 convicts were evaluated based on a questionnaire. Among them, work is being done in the direction of social rehabilitation and adaptation of persons who have already been released from conviction.
