From January to September 2024, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population issued 275,000 electronic references in the relevant areas of the Ministry.
In recent years, as part of a comprehensive digitalization program, over 30 e-reference services were lunched in the fields of labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation, etc.
These e-services enable citizens to obtain electronic references regarding employment and disability, pensions, benefits, allowances, financial assistance, targeted assistance, housing and car provision, individual personal account, and so on.
