266,600 people were covered by active employment measures by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in January-August.
110,000 of them were provided with suitable jobs, and 7,600 people were involved in the self-employment program to create small family farms.
The Agency organized vocational training courses for 11 thousand unemployed persons, and vocational services were provided to 138 thousand persons during the mentioned period.
