The General Collective Agreement is concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan - the supreme representative body of employees, and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan - the supreme representative body of employers. The agreement covers economic policy in the Republic, remuneration, income and living standards of the population, development of the labor market and provision of employment, strengthening of social protection, protection of labour rights, technical and environmental safety, social partnership and coordination of the activities of the partners and obligations on the main socio-economic indicators monitored.
