The documents required to improve the social and household conditions of privileged persons are as follows:
- Copies of the identity card of each person who is a family member;
- A certificate from the State Registry Service of Real Estate on whether or not they own real estate for each family member over 18 years of age;
- Certificate from municipality on registration addresses for each family member over 18 years of age;
- A copy of the order of the relevant local executive authority on the housing queue;
- A copy of the relevant document confirming person’s disability or the card of a martyr's family member;
- Certificate from the registered address (Form-2, a copy of the document about who owns the house);
- Certificate from the actual place of residence (a copy of the document about who owns the house);
- Other documents related to marital status.
The above-mentioned privileged persons are provided with an apartment or a private house by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on a rotating basis in accordance with the current legislation and taking into account the composition of the family.
