One direction of the large-scale works carried out within the implementation of the Great Return program is the provision of employment for the residents relocated to the liberated territories. For this purpose, active employment programs have become widespread in those areas.
To ensure employment for residents of Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Zangilan, Jabrayil cities, Zabukh and Sus of Lachin, Dovletyarli of Fuzuli, Horovlu and Şukürbeyli of Jabrayil, Mahruzlu and Zilanli of Gubadli, Talish and Sugovushan of Aghdara, Khidirli, Kangarli and Saricali villages of Aghdam, vocational training courses in agriculture, construction, tourism, industry, etc. are launched by the State Employment Agency.
Unemployed or jobseekers who are expected to settle in those areas in 2023-2024 can apply for vocational courses.
The duration of the courses is up to 6 months, and participation in the courses is free of charge.
