The following documents must be submitted to the Social Services Agency under the Ministry in order to be granted the right to drive a car provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection for cohabitant family member:
1. a notarized copy of the ID card of a person with disability who provided with a car;
2. a notarized copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
3. a notarized copy of the identity card of the person granted the right to drive;
4. a notarized copy of the driver's license of the person granted the right to drive;
5. certificate from the place of residence of both persons;
6. application of a privileged person who provided with a car.
