Services provided by Central Coordination Units

List of services provided in the central coordination units and state bodies (institutions) providing these services on the appeals of members of the families of martyrs, servicemen injured in the war and persons with disabilities, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1380 dated June 25, 2021:

Receipt of appeals on payment of insurance payments on compulsory state personal insurance to the heirs of the person granted the status of a martyr

Receipt of appeals on payment of insurance payments on compulsory state personal insurance to persons with disabilities determined in connection with the war

Receipt of appeals related to payment of insurance payments on compulsory state personal insurance to servicemen injured  in connection with the military service duties (service duties)

Receipt of appeals for the purpose of issuing references for the status of martyr and martyr's family (in relation to officers)

Receipt of applications for the issuance of the name and certificate of war veteran (in relation to the Azerbaijani Army)

Receipt of applications for awarding orders and medals (in relation to the Azerbaijani Army)

2.4.

Receipt of applications for injuries, as well as for the issuance of relevant certificates required for the determination of disability

Receipt of applications for issuance of required documents related to insurance payments

Receipt of appeals related to the provision of medical care in subordinate medical institutions

issuance of a reference on military service

Issuance of relevant references to war veterans and martyrs' families

5. Local executive authorities

5.1.

Receipt of applications for registration of a person with a war-related disability, a family member of a martyr in need of housing

5.2.

Receipt of applications for the maintenance of the registration of a person with a disability in connection with the war, registered as a person in need of housing, in the event of his death for his family members

5.3.

Issuance of reference confirming the family composition to the families of martyrs living in the territory, military servicemen injured in the war and persons with disabilities

5.4.

receipt of appeals on perpetuation of the name of the martyr, including naming of avenues, streets, squares and other components of the relevant territorial unit, as well as renaming of them

6. State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance

Receipt of appeals related to health services in subordinate medical institutions
