According to the "Rules for the provision of services in the central coordination units on appeals of members of the families of martyrs, War-Induced Military Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities" approved by the Decree, the service delivery in the central coordination units is based on the principles of efficiency, citizen satisfaction, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and convenience. The Ministry coordinates the activities of relevant government agencies (institutions) serving in the central coordination units and monitors the implementation of appeals. According to this Regulation, services in the central coordination units are provided in the following forms:
- direct (on-site) service;
- service through call center;
- mobile service.
“Central Coordination Units for Appeals of Families of Martyrs, War-Induced Military Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities” improving the quality of services provided to family members of martyrs, servicemen injured in the war and persons with disabilities in labor, employment, social protection, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation, treatment, examination, as well as other areas, ensuring citizen satisfaction, the activities of government agencies was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1380 dated June 25, 2021 in order to increase efficiency, transparency, as well as to ensure the urgent and efficient implementation of services from a single space.
3.1. The Ministry coordinates the activities of relevant government agencies (institutions).
3.2. Services are provided by the central coordination units and state bodies (institutions) approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1380 dated June 25, 2021.
3.3. Services are organized as mentioned below:
3.3.1. The process of providing services in the central coordination units on the appeals of members of the families of martyrs, servicemen wounded in the war and persons with disabilities operating in the "DOST" centers is regulated and all services are certified;
3.3.2. Services are delivered based on electronic queuing system
3.3.3. Services are delivered by using modern information technologies
3.3.4. The activity of the central coordination units is initially carried out in the “DOST” centers of the Sustainable and Operative Social Provision Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan and then depending on the number of appeals in administrative buildings of the ministry in other administrative territorial units.
Services in the central coordination units are provided in the following forms:

- service through call center;
- mobile service.
