Allowance for Childcare up to Three Years of Age

When an order for partially paid social leave of the insured person is created by the insurer in the “Labour and Employment” subsystem, an allowance for childcare up to the age of three is assigned to the insured person in an automated manner in the amount established by legislation.

During this leave period, the person providing care for the child is paid an allowance of 44 manats for childcare up to one and a half years of age, and 28 manats for childcare from one and a half to three years of age.

The allowance for childcare for a child with disabilities up to the age of three is paid in an amount equal to twice the allowance provided for by the applicable legislation.

In the event that the child dies before reaching the age of three, the payment of the allowance is terminated from the date of the child’s death. The payment is also terminated from the date when the insured person’s employment contract is terminated at their own request during the period of partially paid social leave, or when they voluntarily return to work before the end of the leave period.

In cases where it is not possible to carry out the assignment in an automated manner, the allowance is granted upon application by the insurer in accordance with the form specified in Annex No. 1 of the “Rules for the Assignment, Calculation and Payment of Benefits under Compulsory State Social Insurance and Benefits Paid at the Expense of the Insurer to Insured Persons with Temporary Disability”.
