To grant a co-resident family member the right to drive a passenger car provided free of charge by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in accordance with the existing legislation, the following documents must be submitted to the Social Services Agency under the Ministry:
1. A notarized copy of the identity card of the person with a disability who received the free car;
2. A notarized copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
3. A notarized copy of the identity card of the person to whom the right to drive is being granted;
4. A notarized copy of the driving licence of the person to whom the right to drive is being granted;
5. Certificates of residence of both persons;
6. An application of the privileged person who received the free passenger car.
