The person with a disability or his/her legal representative applies to the Medical and Social Expert Commissions in the area where the person with a disability resides with only an identity card and makes a reservation for the desired date based on the occupancy status of the bed capacity.
An SMS notification is sent to the active mobile phone number of the person with a disability whose reservation has been made or his/her legal representative, indicating the date on which the person will receive rehabilitation services and the centre. At least 2 (two) working days before the date on which the person with a disability is to be admitted to the rehabilitation centre, information in this regard is sent to one of the contact details of the person with a disability (telephone, e-mail, etc.), and the rehabilitation facility is also informed of the date and time of the person's arrival.
