Persons working in state bodies, municipalities, legal entities that are in state or municipal ownership or in which the controlling block of shares belongs to the state or a municipality, including public legal entities established on behalf of the state and budgetary organisations, as well as students and pupils undergoing industrial practice (training), and volunteers participating in voluntary activities, shall be compulsorily insured in the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority in accordance with the procedure established by this Law.
