Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency
Vuqar Shefa oglu Behbudov
He was born in 1979 in the city of Sumgait.
In 2000, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Baku State University. In 2005, he completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Finance and Credit of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2007, he graduated with distinction from the same faculty with a master’s degree.
Since 2002, he has worked at the Ministry of Taxes, and since 2008, at the State Social Protection Fund, holding various positions.
From 2011, he served as Head of the Social Services Sector at the State Social Protection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, and from 2016, as Head of the Department of Social Services and Programmes at the State Social Protection Fund under the same Ministry.
On 1 July 2020, by the relevant order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency.
