Civil society institutions are hereby informed that those wishing to participate in the joint meeting (voting) of the Public council under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population may apply to the Election Commission of the Public council under the Ministry from 1 April 2025 to 8 April 2025 (on working days, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
One representative from each civil society institution may participate in the joint meeting (voting).
To participate in the voting, civil society institutions must attach the following documents:
· A letter of application from the civil society institution concerning the person who will participate in the voting (the application must specify the contact details, email address and other necessary information of the person participating in the voting);
· A copy of the identity card of the representative participating in the voting;
· A copy of the document confirming that the representative is authorised to represent the civil society institution;
· A copy of the document concerning the state registration of the civil society institution represented.
The required documents may be submitted by sending them to the Ministry’s address at 85 S. Asgarova Street, Baku, or to the email address info@sosial.gov.az.
The joint meeting (voting) for the election to the Public council under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population will be held on 18 April 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population (first floor, meeting hall).
To ensure transparency, the voting process will be video-recorded.
