The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population held regular meetings with residents within the framework of ensuring employment in the liberated territories.

During the meetings with residents who had recently moved to the Zangilan, their professional skills and experience, as well as areas of activity in accordance with their interests, were determined, and employment opportunities were assessed. Detailed information was provided on the implemented active employment measures, including job security, self-employment programs, and vocational training courses, and their initial registration was carried out for their involvement in these measures.

Meetings were held in Jabrayil with the participation of 25 citizens and one employer. During the meetings held in the district center, as well as in the villages of Horovlu and Shukurbayli, the professional skills of citizens were assessed, and relevant work was carried out to ensure their employment.
