As a joint project of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and the DOST Digital Innovation Center, the initial version of the “Social Work Management” electronic system has been put into operation.
The new e-system aims to ensure more efficient organisation of social services based on a unified approach and to optimise the social work process carried out with individuals and families in need of these services.
This e-system enables stronger coordination among relevant institutions in the field of social services, facilitates information exchange between institutions regarding individuals who require social services and their needs, and, as a result, enhances the efficiency and timeliness of service delivery.
The “Social Work Management” e-system will also play an important role in increasing flexibility and transparency in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of social work, as well as in the timely identification of risks.
In the next stages, it is planned to expand and further improve the system’s functionality.
