Social indicators of 2025
Last year, 27 million applications were submitted to electronic services provided to the public across the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
During the same period, the country’s social registry, the “e-social” portal, was used 17 million times, and 258 thousand benefit and service assignments were carried out proactively via the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are currently delivered electronically. In addition, a number of proactive services, the multifunctional “e-social” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are in operation.
The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions. Including incoming queries from those institutions, the total number of queries, applications, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems over the past year reached 458 million.
