Social Indicators for 2024
In 2024, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population received a total of 37 million requests for electronic services provided to the public within its areas of activity.
The e-social.az portal, the country’s social registry, was accessed 8,4 million times during the same period. Additionally, 251000 appointments were made through the e-infrastructure, in a proactive manner.
In recent years, a large-scale digitalization program has been implemented in the social sector. Currently, over 90% of the Ministry’s 160 services (145 in total) are provided electronically. More than 50 proactive services, the feature-rich e-social.az portal, and the "Labour and Employment" subsystem have also been developed.
The Ministry's e-systems have been integrated with the information databases of up to 80 institutions. Including queries from these institutions, in 2024, the total number of requests, inquiries, and services processed through the Ministry's e-systems reached 663 million.
