Social indicators for the 10 month-period
In January-October 2024, a total of 31 million applications were registered for electronic services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The e-social.az portal, which serves as the country's social register, was accessed 5,4 million times during the mentioned period. Additionally, 212000 assignments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.
In recent years, a wide digitalization program had been implemented in the social sector. Currently, more than 145 of the Ministry's 160 services, or more than 90 percent are provided electronically. In addition, more than 50 proactive services, the e-social.az portal, which offers extensive functional capabilities, and the "Labour and Employment" sub-system were created.
The Ministry's e-systems are being integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 organizations. Including requests from these organizations, the total number of requests, applications, and services provided through e-systems of the Ministry in the first 10 months of this year reached 566 million.
