A visit was also made to one of the small businesses established in Shusha under the Self-Employment Programme.

Anar Aliyev, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, received residents of Shusha and Khojavend districts in the city of Shusha.

Before the reception, Minister Anar Aliyev visited the bust of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, laid flowers before it and paid tribute to his revered memory.

During the reception, citizens raised issues related to employment, disability, pensions and other matters. Among those who submitted applications were a family member of a martyr and war veterans.

Each application was examined individually, and appropriate measures were taken based on the findings. Explanations were provided in accordance with the legislation in response to inquiries. Based on their applications, citizens were registered for participation in active employment programmes, including the Self-Employment Programme.

Minister Anar Aliyev visited the small business established for Kamil Babak oglu Zeynalov, a resident of Shusha, under the Self-Employment Programme.

With the support of the Programme, a small business in the “Mobile Coffee Houses” category was established for Kamil Zeynalov by providing the necessary assets. He expressed his gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the support provided to enable unemployed people and jobseekers to access small business opportunities and establish their own businesses.

It should be noted that, over the past period, small businesses have been established for 27 people in Shusha under the Self-Employment Programme.
