Fifty-six individuals unlawfully dismissed from their jobs have been reinstated.
The State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population identified that, during the period from January to September, employers delayed the payment of 380,800 manats in social-related payments to employees.
As a result of measures taken, these funds were paid by employers to the employees. Ninety-two percent of this amount consisted of wages, while the remaining portion included benefits, compensations, and damages payable by employers.
During the review of complaints, the State Labour Inspection Service also determined that the employment contracts of 56 employees had been terminated in violation of legal requirements.
Based on measures taken in accordance with the law, these employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
