With the organization of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, 33 Ukrainian students have been brought to Azerbaijan and are being provided with social and psychological rehabilitation services.
Within the framework of the 8-day social rehabilitation programme, they are expected to participate in a number of group therapies, meditation and yoga sessions, as well as psycho-social trainings and masterclasses.
At the same time, the Ukrainian youth are being given the opportunity to become closely acquainted with Azerbaijani culture and art, the country’s history and landmarks, and national cuisine.
The aim is to support the stabilization of their emotional condition and ensure their integration into society.
It should be noted that during the previous period, nearly 400 children and young people from Ukraine were brought to Azerbaijan and provided with social and psychological rehabilitation services.
