A delegation led by Sadiq Aliyev, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco.
The visit took place within the framework of the implementation of the 2025–2026 Action Plan signed between the Agency and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The delegation held meetings with ANAPEC Director Abdullah Chouih and heads of the relevant structural units of the institution. During the meetings, the active employment programmes implemented by ANAPEC, initiatives carried out in the field of migration, and prospects for expanding cooperation between the two institutions were discussed.
The delegation also visited the AHAR SEBTI Association, which operates in partnership with ANAPEC, implements vocational training programmes for young people who wish to engage in pedagogical activities, and works with students with special needs, as well as the Solidarity Digital Incubator. Meetings were also held with the trainers and coaches of the “Employment-Oriented Coaching” project.
In addition, the delegation familiarised itself on-site with the activities of mobile employment units established to provide employment services to citizens in remote areas of Morocco’s Sale and Rabat cities.
It should be noted that, within the framework of the Action Plan, a visit of the ANAPEC delegation to Azerbaijan is also planned.
