A reception for employers was held in Aghdash and collaboration opportunities were discussed.
Orkhan Huseynzade, the head of the Aghdash District Executive Authority, Vali Guliyev, the head of the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, and Sadig Aliyev, the chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry met with representatives of partner companies of the National Association of Entrepreneurs, Marsol LLC, AKIAB, and Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association.
In the business lunch format, issues such as the regulation of labour relations, improving the activities of employers, expanding investment opportunities in the region, and more were discussed. The development of workforce skills, ensuring decent work, and supporting initiatives that contribute to socio-economic development were in the spotlight.
Information was provided on the existing state programs and employment mechanisms for employers. Cooperation opportunities were considered in the field of staff training and job placement in line with labour market needs.
Proposals were voiced regarding the expansion of social partnerships and the creation of new jobs in Aghdash, and employers’ questions were answered.
