An infotour of representatives of civil society institutions was organized to the Social service institution for children No. 1 of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The event aimed to provide information on the social services provided to children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care and the work done in the field of their integration into society, as well as to learn the opinions and proposals of NGOs in this area.
The participants of the infotour got acquainted with the conditions created in the institution and the services provided to children here.
It was reported that Social service institution for children No. 1, which provides state guardianship for children deprived of parental care, currently accommodates 97 children, who are receiving comprehensive state support.
Children admitted to the institution are provided with dormitories, meals, social-household, social-psychological, medical-social, social-pedagogical and social-legal services at the state expense.
Here, measures are also taken for their social rehabilitation and integration into society, and their leisure time is effectively organized.
Questions of interest to the participants of the infotour were also answered, and their opinions and suggestions were listened to.
