Employees must be granted paid basic leave of no less than 21 calendar days.
To employees working in the production of agricultural products; civil servants holding responsible positions (the responsibility of the position is determined by the employer taking into account the nature of the work), managerial staff and specialists of enterprises; managerial staff and administrative-educational personnel in educational institutions not engaged in pedagogical work, except for special educational institutions, as well as heads of out-of-school child institutions; methodologists of educational institutions, chief masters, production training masters, instructors, librarians, laboratory assistants, workshop managers, nannies, substitute staff, and artistic directors; scientific staff without academic degrees; doctors, mid-level medical personnel, and pharmacists.
For employees working under part-time conditions (part-time workday or part-time workweek), annual leave is granted for the same duration as for employees working full-time, in accordance with the duties performed or the position held.
For employees engaged in seasonal work, annual leave is generally granted at the end of the season for a period of no less than two calendar days for each month worked.
Public holidays that do not count as working days and fall within the period of annual leave are not included in the calendar days of the leave and are not paid.
