Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund
Zaka Aqil oglu Mirzayev
He was born in 1978.
In 2000, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law at Baku State University. In 2002, he completed his master’s degree with distinction, and in 2007, he finished his postgraduate studies.
In 2000, he worked in the private sector as a legal consultant. From 2003 to 2004, he served in the military.
Since 2005, he has held various positions at the Ministry of Finance, including Senior Advisor, Head of Sector, and Deputy Head of Department. From 2018, he served as the Head of Administration at the State Social Protection Fund.
From 2020, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Fund.
On April 16, 2025, by the relevant order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund.
