Director of the Social Support Center
Ismayil Tofiq oglu Israfilov
He was born in 1974 in the city of Sumgait.
In 1996, he graduated with honours from the Azerbaijan Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Baku State University.
From 1997 to 2010, he worked at “ARAMARK LTD” (US–Azerbaijan) as a supervisor, supply manager, and executive manager.
Between 2011 and 2013, he served as the First Vice President of the Serbia–Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (SAKOM).
From 2012 to 2018, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at “CNI Development LLP (UK)”.
From 2018 to 2021, he served as Director at the Directorate of Under-Construction Facilities under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
On 2 September 2021, by the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed Director of the Social Support Center.
He is fluent in English and Russian. He is married and has three children.
