Azar Masim oglu Mammadov
Azar Mammadov was born in 1978 in Marneuli, Republic of Georgia.
He graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Architecture at Azerbaijan University of Construction Engineers, specializing in Architectural Environment Design.
From 2005 to 2013, he worked in the private sector as an architect.
Between 2013 and 2020, he served as Head of the Technical Supervision Group at the Directorate of Construction Projects under the Special Medical Service of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Prior to his current role, he worked as Deputy Director of the Directorate of Construction Projects under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
