Bakhtiyar Nadir oglu Mammadov
Bakhtiyar Mammadov was born on May 12, 1976, in Masalli. He studied Ground Transportation Systems at Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1997, and later pursued a degree in Information Technologies and Systems Engineering at Azerbaijan State University of Economics from 2015 to 2020.
He began his career in 1998 as a Vehicle Inspector and Shift Mechanic at City Bus Park No. 2. Later, he held various positions in organizations such as Azertrans LTD LLC, the State Committee on Property Issues’ “Directorate of Construction Projects” LLC, and “Baku Crystal Hall” LLC.
From 2014 to 2019, he worked at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in roles including Junior Database Administrator, Software Developer, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Head of Sector. Since 2019, he has been with the DOST Agency Call Center 142, serving as Group Coordinator, Chief Coordinator, and from August 2023, as Deputy Director of DOST Call Center 142 LLC.
Bakhtiyar Nadir oglu Mammadov was appointed Director of "DOST Call Center 142" LLC on May 10, 2024.
