Social indicators for 9 months
During the investigation of citizen appeals in the first nine months of 2024, State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population identified that social payments amounting to 155,300 manat were delayed.
As a result of the actions taken by the Service, the relevant employers ensured the payment to the employees. 85 percent of the paid amount was for wages, while the remaining part consisted of social benefits and compensations.
It was also determined that illegal termination of employment contracts occurred with 49 workers during the period from January to September of this year. Through the actions taken by State Labor Inspectorate Service, the reinstatement of those workers to their previous jobs was provided.
