As one of the innovative innovations implemented on the basis of legislative acts signed by President Ilham Aliyev on August 12, 2024, the conclusion of labor contracts between employees and employers is carried out in the e-rule.
In the past period, more than 270,000 labor contracts were signed on the "Labor and Employment" subsystem platform of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Conclusion of labor contracts in the form of an electronic document, as well as changes and termination of the labor contract are carried out using e-signatures of employees and employers ("SIMA Signature", "ASAN Signature" and Electronic signature (SIMA Token).
The conclusion, modification or termination of the contract becomes legally effective only after signing it on "Labor and Employment" subsystem.
