Social indicators of 7 months
In January-July of this year, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided 64,000 rehabilitation tools to people with disabilities.
Of them, 4.5 thousand wheelchairs (including 148 motorized wheelchairs), 1434 lower and upper limb prostheses, 1527 hearing aids, and 1602 arm and elbow braces.
Also, 2106 pairs of prosthetic shoes, 3581 pairs of orthopedic shoes, 51 corsets, etc. Rehabilitation tools were presented to people with disabilities.
In total, 8,500 people with disabilities were provided with rehabilitation in 7 months of this year.
