For the adoption of a child deprived of parental care from social service institutions, as well as a disabled child, the monthly social payment is 600 manats, along with this payment, the person who adopts the child is also given all the monthly payments set for the child's disability and care.
Thus:
• a total of 1170 AZN per month to a person who adopts a child with a disability determined due to 81-100 percent violation of body functions, including:
600 manat (adoption allowance)
270 manat (disability allowance)
200 manat (disability pension)
100 manat (allowance for caring for a disabled child) is given.
• a total of 1,270 AZN per month to a person who adopts a visually impaired child due to 81-100 percent impairment of body functions, including:
600 manat (adoption allowance)
270 manat (disability allowance)
300 manat (disability pension)
100 manat (allowance for caring for a disabled child) is given.
• a total of 920 AZN per month to a person who adopts a child with a disability determined due to 61-80 percent violation of body functions, including:
600 manat (adoption allowance)
220 manat (disability allowance)
100 manat (allowance for caring for a disabled child) is given.
• a total of 850 AZN per month to a person who adopts a child with a disability due to 31-60 percent impairment of body functions, including:
600 manat (adoption allowance)
150 manat (disability allowance)
100 manat (allowance for caring for a disabled child) is given.
