The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has started educational activities in the regions on "Gender equality in labor relations - equal rights, equal opportunities".
The purpose of the events organized by the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry is to ensure gender equality in labor relations, and for this purpose, as well as to inform about the latest changes in labor legislation to increase the opportunities for women to participate in the labor market.
The first such events were held in Khachmaz and Ismayilli.
In the events held with the participation of representatives of employers and social partners, information was given on the mentioned topics, and the participants' questions were answered. Awareness events are planned to be held in all economic regions of our country.
