The DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population won the "Human Capital Management Excellence Awards 2024" international competition.
DOST Agency was awarded the Human Capital Management Excellence Award in the "Best Social Impact" category.
The experience of the "Voluntary DOST" program in providing DOST services in the fields of social protection, employment, disability, labor relations, implementing innovative initiatives and increasing citizen satisfaction, also ensuring equality and inclusion was presented to the competition organized by "Brandon Hall Group".
The Brandon Hall Group, based in the United States and operating for 30 years, is an organization that conducts analysis and research in human capital management, presents awards of excellence for certifications and best practices, and supports professional development and promotes best practices in this field.
The award ceremony will be held in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA in January 2025. The gala event of "HCM Excellence Conference 2025" will be attended by experts and administrators, media representatives, and heads of various organizations.
