Nihad Hafiz oglu Mukhtarli
He was born in 1990.
From 2007 to 2011, he studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing. From 2012 to 2014, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in English at İzmir University of Economics, Turkiye.
He also participated in an English language support program at the Eastern Mediterranean University, Northern Cyprus.
From 2014 to 2017, he was a postgraduate student at Western Caspian University and obtained a PhD in Economics in 2018.
Since 2009, he has worked in the private sector. In 2018, he joined the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population as a Senior Adviser. Up to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agency.
