Social indicators for two months
In January and February of this year, 159000 citizens were served at DOST centers.
Since May 2019, seven DOST centers have been established in our country, along with the "Smart DOST" service point in Agali village of Zangilan and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
The DOST concept, which is internationally recognized, delivers state social services through a "single window" model, using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms that ensure citizen satisfaction.
The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services stands at 98,5%.
