Social Partners

The General Collective Agreement is concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, the highest representative body of workers and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers), the highest representative body of employers. The agreement reflects liabilities on economic policy in the Republic, labour compensation, income and living standards, labour market development and employment, strengthening social protection, labour protection, occupational safety, technical and environmental safety, social partnership and coordination of the parties and controlled economic indicators.
