Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues
Elnur Novruz oglu Safarli
He was born in 1989 in the city of Baku.
From 2006 to 2010, he studied Information and Computing Technology at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. From 2010 to 2013, he completed his master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir, Türkiye.
Between 2013 and 2016, he worked as a methodologist at the Baku Higher Oil School. From 2016 to 2021, he served as Department Director at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. In 2022, he worked as Head of the Innovative Solutions Sector at the Department of Strategic Planning and Innovations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
In June 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues.
In 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory.
