He graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2005. He is currently pursuing a degree in Executive Master of Public Administration (Executive MPA) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
From 2007, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board of “ParaBank.”
Since 2016, he has held the position of Chairman of “Parabokt.”
From 2020 until February 2022, he worked as an Adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
On March 2, 2022, he was appointed as the Head of the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
