He graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2005.
From 2007, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board of “ParaBank.”
Since 2016, he has held the position of Chairman of “Parabokt.”
From 2020 until February 2022, he worked as an Adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
On March 2, 2022, he was appointed as the Head of the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2024.
