7-month social indicators

During the first seven months of this year, 590 thousand citizens were served at DOST centres. The level of satisfaction with the DOST services provided was 99.2 percent.

Since May 2019, a total of 8 DOST centres (in Baku, Absheron, Barda and Nakhchivan), 4 DOST branches (in Shusha, Tartar, Neftchala and Imishli), and 3 DOST service points (in Zangilan, Kalbajar and Fuzuli) have been opened across the country.

Based on the DOST concept, which has also received high international recognition, 164 public social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” using modern, efficient and transparent mechanisms, with a focus on citizen satisfaction.
