and in a six-day workweek: 25, 26 March; 29 May; 10 November.
February 2026 consists of 28 calendar days, and the year consists of 365 calendar days.
In 2026, under a five-day workweek, there will be 241 working days (including 5 pre-holiday days and 1 day preceding the Nationwide Mourning Day), 107 rest days (including 5 that coincide with non-working holiday days, and 3 that fall on additional non-working days due to overlap with Qurban and Ramadan holidays), 19 non-working holidays (3 of which overlap), and 1 Nationwide Mourning Day.
In our country, the duration of normal daily working time cannot exceed 8 hours, and generally, a five-day workweek with two rest days is established.
The duration of the weekly normal working time corresponding to the normal daily working time cannot exceed 40 hours.
The working time norm for 2026 under a 40-hour five-day workweek is determined based on an 8-hour workday, and in this case, the duration of the working day on pre-holiday, election, and the day preceding the Nationwide Mourning Day is reduced by one hour.
According to legislation, the annual working time norm for a 40-hour workweek in 2026 is 1922 hours.
For workplaces with a six-day workweek, the annual norm of 1922 hours calculated for a five-day workweek must be applied to employees working under a 40-hour workweek in 2026.
