In order to expand innovative approaches in the labour market, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population plans to implement new projects aimed at applying artificial intelligence technologies in employment services.
Within this framework, it is planned to create a recommendation system aligned with the needs of the employment market in the future. The planned system will automatically present suitable vacancy suggestions to citizens by taking into account their level of education, work experience, skills, and interests.
According to the operating mechanism of the system, the user’s personal profile information, list of skills, and previous work experience will be entered into the system. The artificial intelligence model will compare this information with the existing vacancy database and calculate the level of compatibility.
As a result of the analyses carried out, the most suitable and nearby vacancies will be recommended to citizens, for example through options such as “5 vacancies that may be suitable for you”.
It is expected that this application will help guide job-seeking citizens more accurately in the labour market in the future, expand access to vacancies, and increase the efficiency of employment services.
At the same time, the system will support employers in identifying suitable candidates more promptly and will direct job seekers to vacancies that correspond to their knowledge and skills.
